Role Responsibilities:
·Enrolling new members
·Maintaining the DHRF contact database; ensuring that all members have a current paid up subscription
·Keeping the Accounts and controlling the petty cash
·Maintaining the DHRF website
·Taking the Minutes of Committee meetings and liaising with Committee members
·Organising the AGM
·Co-ordinating with speakers for DHRF monthly events, organising venues and refreshments, and ensuring that all the technical requirements of the speakers are met.
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience
·‘A’ level or equivalent high school graduate
·Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
·Excellent written and verbal communication in English
·Previous administration/HR experience an advantage
·Flexible working hours to total 20 hours per week, and attending one or two early evening events per month
·On husband or father’s sponsorship
·Own transport and UAE driving licence
