Dulscojobs is recruiting for their esteemed client, a leading local group of companies, an experienced HR Manager for its Corporate Office. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years solid work experience in various HR discipline with 5 years minimum experience in supervisory/managerial, 3 years of which is in UAE. The incumbent will be mainly responsible to oversee the over all HR Operations of the companies under the group’s umbrella. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be involved in recruitment; employee relations initiative; compensation and benefits management; performance management; and training and development. Knowledge in UAE Labor Law is a must.
